Blue Valley Vineyard Engagement Photos | Delaplane, VA | Carrie and Travis (and Dakota)

Blue Valley Vineyard is always a beautiful spot for engagement sessions, but especially at sunset during the fall. Carrie and Travis wanted an engagement location that featured the fall colors, and we definitely found that at Blue Valley!

Carrie and Travis are originally from South Carolina, and they met there while in medical school. They moved up here to the DC area for residency! When they aren’t busy treating patients, they’re loving on their adorable dog, Dakota. She’s a 10-year-old yellow lab mix and just the sweetest, most relaxed pup.

It’s kind of a given that if you’re taking engagement photos at a winery, you have to get a picture with the engagement ring and a wine glass!

As the sun dipped below the horizon it was getting COLD, but Travis and Carrie stuck it out for a few more minutes so we could take a couple photos with the beautiful purple sky. It was a great end to a perfect night!
