Black Horse Inn Wedding in Warrenton, Virginia | Megan and Brannon
This Black Horse Inn wedding day was just perfect! Megan and Brannon were my first wedding of the year, and they had a gorgeous spring day to kick off the beginning of wedding season.
When you plan to get married in March, you aren’t expecting 70 degree temperatures, but Brannon and Megan were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful weather! They actually were planning an indoor ceremony, assuming it would be too chilly to have their guests sitting outside. But once they saw the forecast, they decided to move it to the outdoor ceremony site!
Megan and her bridesmaids got ready in the Black Horse Inn bridal suite which had the prettiest sun room. Her nieces were the most adorable flower girls, and they were so cute watching Megan get ready!
Brannon and the groomsmen got ready in the Gilded Fox Ballroom - safely hidden away in another building so Megan and Brannon didn’t accidentally see each other!
Just taking a little break on the floor of the bridal suite before heading to the ceremony. And snacking on some Fruit Loops 😂
Brannon and Megan’s guests were having such a great time the entire day! So much laughter.
Ahhhh, that sweet look when he sees his bride for the first time! ❤️️
I love how Megan is looking up at Brannon in this one!
One of the many perks of getting married at the Black Horse Inn is the horses! Megan used to ride, and she was so excited that the horses were available for a few pictures.
After finishing up the bride and groom photos, we headed over to the Gilded Fox Ballroom for a fun reception.
A couple special song requests were a big hit on the dance floor! Megan’s niece LOVES the music from Willy Wonka, so she was super excited for the Oompa Loompa song and Pure Imagination. And then the Bonanza theme song was played just for Megan’s dad!
Megan and Brannon - thank you so much for having me be a part of your special day!
