Historic Rosemont Springs Wedding Photos | Berryville, Virginia | Kelly and Jason (and Mini)
Kelly and Jason’s wedding at Historic Rosemont Springs was absolutely amazing! They were one of the very first weddings at Rosemont’s newest venue space, which includes a giant rock feature with a waterfall. How cool is that?! Jason and Kelly fell in love with this location back before the barn was even built and it’s such a unique spot to get married. Rain threatened their outdoor ceremony, but the timing ended up working out perfectly! The skies cleared up just before ceremony time, so these two got to have their beautiful waterfall wedding.
Kelly and Jason are both HUGE fans of the Dallas Cowboys (see them decked out in their Dallas gear for their engagement photos), so of course their favorite football team had to make an appearance on their wedding day too!
When “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” comes on….
A lot of grooms get special socks for their groomsmen, but Jason takes the cake with the greatest socks I’ve ever seen! Yes, those are Kelly and Jason’s faces on them hahaha!
After taking just a couple pictures of the bridesmaids, it started to sprinkle. I think Kelly is saying something here along the lines of “Get me out of here, I am NOT letting this rain ruin my hair.”
Thankfully, we found some rain cover right behind us by the barn!
Usually the bride gets most of the attention walking down the aisle… but Jason wanted to make an entrance too!
There was so much laughter during this ceremony, I loved it. Couples that can make each other laugh like this are just perfect for each other!
Oh hey there Mini! So glad she was able to come out and join us for a few wedding pictures.
Rosemont Spring’s barn is absolutely gorgeous! I love the giant fireplace and the chandeliers.
Since they live in Northern Virginia, most of Jason and Kelly’s friends support our local football team, the Washington Redskins. So Mandy, the maid of honor, made sure during her toast to remind the bride and groom of who REALLY is the superior team. During her speech, she walked around the reception picking up Redskins gear (that she had sneakily hidden beforehand) so she could cover up that Dallas navy blue bridesmaid dress!
I’ve always known Kelly was in good shape because we met playing soccer, but this girl does not know her own strength. Her first attempt at the bouquet toss went WAY over the heads of all the single ladies!
And the sparkler exit was a beautiful end to a beautiful day!
