Shenandoah Engagement Photos | Luray, VA | Kristina and Tyler (and Chase)

What a perfect night we had in Shenandoah for Kristina and Tyler’s engagement session! These two love traveling and going on adventures together (they got engaged during a trip to New Zealand) so of course they wanted an adventurous setting for their engagement pictures. We met up on a Friday evening in Shenandoah National Park - thankfully even though it was a beautiful summer weekend, we didn’t run into many people at all and even had a couple overlooks all to ourselves!

Kristina and Tyler brought their dog Chase along too, and he rocked some very fashionable bandanas during the session. He is just the sweetest pup and I love his eyes! Chase will be making an appearance at their wedding also (as best dog of honor), so watch out for those adorable wedding dog photos next year!

i don’t think Chase’s parents spoil him at all. Ever. He leads a very rough life as you can tell.

We made one last stop on Skyline Drive just in time to catch the sunset.

And Kristina maneuvered like a professional model across these rocks in her heels! Unlike me, who can barely make it out of my house in heels 😂 - I would have definitely wound up with a sprained ankle attempting this.

I can’t get over the photobombing from Chase in these ones hahaha. He seriously just loves to smile for the camera!

Can’t wait to get together again with this adorable family next year for the wedding!
