This beautiful wedding at 1757 Golf Club in Dulles, Virginia was the perfect way to kick off a summer wedding season. Melissa and Ryan planned an amazing day of celebrating with their family and friends!

1757 Golf Club has a huge bridal suite which was just perfect for Melissa and her bridesmaids to get ready in. There was tons of space, a chaise lounge and mirror, pretty artwork on the walls - all elements a photographer loves for taking getting ready photos!

While the girls finished getting ready, we took Ryan and his groomsmen out on the golf club’s patio for their portraits!

Melissa’s mom helped with the finishing touches and putting on her veil, then Melissa did a first look with her grandfather.

They wanted to wait until walking down the aisle to see each other, but Melissa and Ryan exchanged letters and held hands before the ceremony. It was such a sweet way to spend time together!

The ceremony took place on 1757 Golf Club’s back patio, overlooking the golf course. There were definitely some emotional moments (just look at how Ryan watches Melissa come down the aisle!), but lots of laughter too.

After the ceremony, we did wedding party photos on the golf course at the nearby pond. I loved the purple and gray color combo with the wedding party attire!

Then we hopped on a golf cart to make our way out to the bridge for some more wedding couple portraits!

Melissa and Ryan had a fun entrance into the reception, and went right into their first dance. Their guests circled around them on the dance floor which I always love for photos!

Lots of laughs from the maid of honor and best man’s toasts! And then we managed to get everyone out on the dance floor for a big group photo.

And we snuck outside for a few minutes of bride and groom photos at sunset before all of the dancing got underway.

What an awesome dance floor this wedding had! The whole wedding party spent the entire night dancing to every single song, and Ryan’s brothers and dad were particularly animated haha! They always knew exactly where my camera was which made for some fun photos.
