The Kennedy Center is an amazing spot for a surprise proposal, so Nelson made a great choice in deciding to pop the question to Tori here! Going to a Kennedy Center show is a great excuse to have your partner dressed up without them being suspicious that a proposal is coming 😂 And these two are both former Peace Corps volunteers, so the connection with Kennedy was extra special for them!
