Fall Wedding at The Winery at Bull Run | Centreville, VA | Luke and Kirsten
Luke and Kirsten had an absolutely gorgeous fall day for their wedding at The Winery at Bull Run! After they had one of the coldest engagement sessions I’ve ever photographed (at sunrise in Shenandoah National Park!) they were definitely due for some beautiful weather.
We started the day with some photos at the nearby Manassas Battlefield before heading over to the winery. They budgeted lots of time in their day for pictures of the two of them and their wedding party, and I love how much variety we got in the different locations!
I love this color combo for the wedding party - the burgundy and blue look great together!
Kirsten and Luke’s ceremony took place on The Winery at Bull Run’s iconic Hillwood Ruins and it started just after sunset. They ended up with the perfect lighting! Since it was such a bright beautiful day there was still plenty of daylight, but it was also dim enough to use the added touches they’d planned with lanterns on the steps and luminaries along the aisle!
The reception was in the winery’s Production Barn, complete with fun toasts. the shoe game, and delicious desserts!
And they ended the night with an outdoor dance floor and a glow stick exit! It was such a fun day and I’m glad I got to be a part of it!
