Matt and Jenna had a perfect September day for their wedding at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, Virginia. The beautiful blue skies, scenic golf course views, and a gorgeous sunset all made for some amazing wedding photos!

Dominion Valley is one of my favorite wedding venues in Prince William County. They can host weddings up to 180 guests in their Waverly Ballroom, and they also offer an outdoor tented reception space by the water for 100 guests. They have multiple options for ceremony locations, with both outdoor ceremony sites including waterfront views! With beautiful scenery and incredibly friendly staff, it was the perfect venue to bring together Jenna and Matt’s perfect day ❤️️

Matt and Jenna were so much fun to work with, and it’s clear to see they were meant to be together. Their love story actually started in high school when they were just teenagers, and now they are proud parents to little Mabel, who had turned 1 just before the wedding. From teenage sweethearts to devoted parents, they’ve built a life full of love and laughter that was evident in every photo I captured that day.

Jenna and her bridesmaids all got ready in Dominion Valley’s bridal suite, and Jenna got everyone the cutest matching pajamas!

Jenna had the biggest smile on her face all day long!

Matt and Jenna had their first look on the country club’s front lawn out by the water. I still can’t believe what a perfect sunny day they had!

Then it was time to ride the golf carts! Dominion Valley Country Club has so many pretty spots around the grounds, so we made sure to visit as many as possible.

Then the wedding party joined us and they were such a fun group! We photographers know that large wedding parties like this can sometimes take a long time to wrangle and get everyone following directions 😂 but that was not an issue for this crew. They had a blast taking photos and I love how many candid, natural smiles and laughs we captured!

Ceremony time! Jenna and Matt held their ceremony on Dominion Valley’s Great Lawn.

The Waverly Ballroom was a beautiful space for the reception.

Jenna and Matt entered the reception and went right into their first dance, where Mabel joined them!

During the reception we snuck away for a few more couples portraits during golden hour. We could not have asked for a better sunset! And the wide open views of the empty golf course were perfect to capture that sky.

A fun photobooth and hilarious toasts were great opportunities to get some amazing candid photos.

Then it was time to DANCE. I always tell wedding couples that the best way to get amazing dance floor photos on their day is to be out there dancing themselves. It encourages the rest of the guests to dance more! Jenna and Matt knew that was not going to be a problem - they spent the whole night dancing!

It was an absolutely incredible day and I can’t wait to go back to Dominion Valley Country Club again soon!
